Katalina Williams
Head of Software, Technicolor
Katalina Williams is Head of Software for Advertising at Technicolor Creative Studios. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she studied computer science and psychology at USC, and was lucky to get her first job as a pipeline TD shortly thereafter.
Since joining Technicolor 8 years ago, Kat has helped to grow MPC Advertising’s software team and build a strong end-to-end pipeline across its six offices. She now oversees software development for Technicolor’s entire advertising division, which includes The Mill. Kat is still happily based in Los Angeles, and is passionate about fostering team culture and inclusion.
