Gary Mundell is Co-Founder and CEO of LOFTAPPS, recognized for driving innovation in a career spanning visual effects production pipelines, software development, workflow optimization, and global production. He spearheads LOFTAPPS’ vision and strategy, overseeing the development of AI-driven production technology that is transforming how VFX, animation, games, commercial production, and enterprise organizations manage next-generation content creation.

Mundell also serves as CEO of Tippett Studio, where he leads the studio’s growth and AI integration efforts. Previously, he co-founded Southpaw Technology and led the development of TACTIC, a digital asset management platform widely adopted across the entertainment industry. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the original Autodesk Maya development team at Alias|Wavefront. He has held significant roles as CG supervisor, VFX supervisor, supervising producer and writer, with leading entertainment companies including Square USA, Technicolor, Disney, and The Mill.
