Colin Geddes is a Production Executive at Tippett Studio, bringing decades of experience in film programming, producing, and genre cinema to visual effects production. From 1997 to 2017, he curated TIFF’s Midnight Madness and Vanguard sections, launching the careers of filmmakers like Eli Roth, Gareth Evans, and Adam Wingard. Known for his sharp eye and global influence, Colin helped shape TIFF into a platform for bold storytelling. In 2001, he co-founded Ultra 8 Pictures, producing genre-driven content, and from 2014 to 2023, curated for Shudder, helping launch the streamer and premiering Phil Tippett’s Mad God in 2022. His work blends deep industry knowledge with a passion for original voices and innovative storytelling.
