Now six years later and after 18+ months of COVID, WIA continues to strive towards 50/50 by 2025.  Marge and Jinko will talk about the growth of the WIA mentoring program, how we’re reaching mentees across the globe, WIA’s talent database, and alternative pathways to feed the animation pipeline.
